Account data — Your name, email address, and password (hashed) when you register.
Profile and career data — Resume content, work history, skills, education, job preferences, target roles, target locations, and gap context notes you provide during onboarding and while using the Service.
API keys (Copilot plan) — If you use the Copilot plan, you may provide third-party AI API keys. These are stored encrypted using AES-256 (Fernet) and are never logged or used for any purpose other than running your pipeline.
Usage data — Pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction events (collected via analytics tools). This data is aggregated and used to improve the Service.
Payment data — Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank details. We receive a Stripe customer ID and subscription status only.
Communications — If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your profile or resume data to train AI models.
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate Jobs2Rely. Each provider is given only the data necessary for their specific function:

No system is 100% secure. If you have reason to believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately via our contact page.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer (e.g. billing records, which are retained for 7 years for tax purposes).

Jobs2Rely is intended for professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
